Brittany Rose - Arts Fest
The music coming from the tent was what drew me here. For one thing, it was good music, I'm pretty sure that song was Billy Joel but I might be wrong. Anyway, that's when I began to look at Christopher Locke's creations. Each was unique and different, with all sorts of colors shapes and sizes. Locke moved around his Ipad which was responsible for the sound coming from the amplifiers, and that made it apparent that the sound of each piece was entirely unique. the He told me that he was working in his shop and couldn't hear his music, looking at something things lying around his shop he realized that brass could amplify the sound for him. He was highly knowledgeable about art and ideas when talking he even came up with a self-portrait idea for me as well. I totally would have bought one if I had the money on me, the small ones were so cute and sized perfectly for Iphones and I want to so badly know how the Beatles would sound coming out of one of these.
